ASHBURN, VA -- WiMAX digital broadband provider DigitalBridge Communications closed its Series A financing round of $17.25 million and announced the acquisition of two companies, Teton Wireless and Montana Wireless. The company provides high speed internet service to underserved communities nationally and was founded in late 2005. The financing round was composed of $6.25 million in venture debt from Comerica Bank and $11 million in equity financing from RedShift Ventures, CNF Investment and Novak Biddle Venture Partners.
